Learning Starts at Your Front Door

Two schools are located right within the neighborhood — Trailside Elementary School and Freedom Preparatory Academy charter school, both within easy walking distance.

Orem Junior High and Mountain View High School are just minutes away by car or school bus.

Eight parks and playgrounds are within easy

walking distance or a short drive — including Vineyard Grove Park, Penny Springs Park with its natural spring-fed wading pool, Sunset Beach Park, Utah Lake Shore Trail and multiple neighborhood playgrounds.

Vineyard Grove Park

The crown jewel is Vineyard Grove Park — just minutes away with basketball courts, tennis and pickleball, splash pad, one of Utah County's largest playgrounds, soccer fields, shaded gazebos and in the winter snow sledding hill . Free and open year round.

Transportation

Connected to the Wasatch Front

The Vineyard FrontRunner Station is just a 5 minute walk from your front door via a paved trail. FrontRunner runs Monday through Saturday with 30 minute service during peak hours, connecting you north to Salt Lake City, Ogden and beyond, and south to Provo. UTA Route 834 bus connects Vineyard Station to Provo Central Station with stops at Orem and key destinations along the way. Trains have a dedicated bike storage car and complimentary Wi-Fi. The station also has free parking, bike racks and bike lockers for commuters.

This trail sign is just steps from your front door — the same paved path that leads directly to the Vineyard FrontRunner Station. By foot it's a leisurely 4 minute walk. On a bike it's just 1 minute. No car needed.
